ในพิธีปลุกเสกได้อัญเชิญญาณ ปู่ดำ ซึ่งเป็น ดวงจิตที่ปกปักรักษาต้นไพรดำ แสะปกปักรักษา ผู้คนที่เครารพศรัทธา ให้มีอำนาจวาสนาบารมีปกป้องคุ้มครอง ให้เจริญรุ่งเรืองในกิจการงานธุระต่างๆ เป็นของ วิเศษหายากยิ่ง เพียงหนึ่งเดียว 

พระอาจารย์ได้บริกรรมปลุกเสกตั้งแต่เคี้ยวเป็นว่านยาจนขั้นตอนการกดพิมพ์ และปลุกเสกพร้อมกับ พ่อสัมฤทธิ์ สีขวา เจ้าของ ต้นไพรดำ โดยอัญเชิญ ญาณบารมีอย่างถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ที่สุด ในพิธี ปูดำได้ บอกผ่าน พ่อสัมฤทธิ์ ว่าสมเด็จเก้าชั้นปรกไพรดำ นี้ ถือ ว่าเป็น พิมพ์สูงสุด ของการสร้าง พระไพรดำ ถือเป็นหนึ่งไม่มีสอง

Somded Prai-dum maha jindamaneedom was made from  Prai-dum powder that is mystical black holy herb, this herb have god dwell inside, and the owner of  Prai-dum must be good people only. Maha jindamaneedom is the magic medicine that made from holy herb more than 300 species after recited an incantations in the holy oil for a long time. During the incantation, Phra Arjarn O worshiped and invited Poo-dam (the god of prai dom herb) to bless Somded Prai-dum maha jindamaneedom to help people in case of safety, luck, protecting, authority, success in life and business. Phra Arjarn O recited an incantation since the grind process of herb until press the mass to be Somded Prai-dum maha jindamaneedom and then bless together with Father Rit Srikwa who is the owner of and por lit was owner of Prai-dum herb in order to make the perfect amulet. During ceremony, Poo-dam (the god of prai dom herb) has mental communication with Father Rit Srikwa and said that this Somded Prai-dum maha jindamaneedom is the highest mold of making Prai-dum amulet as the king of Prai-dum amulet.
