ปลัดหัวชะมดไม้ตะเคียนนี้แกะจากไม้ตะเตียนตกน้ำมัน ซึ่งเป็นไม้ตะเคียนที่เป็นเสาเอกของโกดังแห่งหนึ่ง มีอายุเป็นร้อยปี เจ้าของโกดังได้เล่าให้ฟังว่าเสาไม้ตะเคียนตกน้ำมันนี้ มีความอาถรรพ์มากเพราะตั้งแต่ซื้อโกดังกับเจ้าของเก่าเมื่อหลายปีก่อน มีพนักงานและรปภ.เห็นผู้หญิงชุดไทยเดินอยู่ภายในโกดังบ่อยครั้งในระยะหลายปีที่ผ่าน

เมื่อเจ้าของโกดังได้ทำการซ่อมแซมและต่อเติมโกดังใหม่จึงได้ถือโอกาสเปลี่ยนเสาเอกของโกดังด้วย แล้วจึงตั้งใจนำไม้ตะเคียนตกน้ำมันนี้มาถวายพระอาจารย์โอ ซึ่งเมื่อพระอาจารย์โอพิจารณาดูก็ทราบว่าเป็นไม้ตะเคียนตกน้ำมันดังที่เจ้าของโกดังกล่าวมาจริง จึงได้นำไม้ตะเคียนตกน้ำมันนี้ไปให้ช่างแกะสลักที่กำแพงเพชรแกะเป็นปลัดหัวชะมด ช่างแกะท่านนี้เป็นผู้แกะปลัดขิกหัวชะมดอันโด่งดังให้แก่หลวงพ่อผินะสมัยที่หลวงพ่อผินะยังอยู่ เพื่อให้นางตะเคียนที่สถิตอยู่ในเสาต้นนั้น ได้มีโอกาสสร้างบุญบารมีช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ที่บูชาไป

เมื่อแกะเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วจึงนำมาฝังด้วยพลอยเสกตามตัว แล้วจึงจารด้วยอักขระเลขยันต์และเสกตามตำราการสร้างปลัดขิกหัวชะมดของหลวงพ่อผินะ ที่พระอาจารย์โอได้ร่ำเรียนมาสมัยยังเป็นเณร ให้ครบสูตรถูกต้องตามตำราจนรู้ได้เห็นได้ดั่งมีชีวิตและหากินเก่ง แล้วจึงฝังด้วยตะกรุดพ่อคุณแม่คุณ เปรียบประดุจว่าหากลูกต้องการสิ่งใด พ่อแม่จักหาให้ ถ้าลูกหิว พ่อแม่ก็จะหาอาหารมาป้อนให้อิ่ม นอกจากนี้ยังอุดด้วยสีผึ้งพิเศษซึ่งทำจากมวลสารของหลวงพ่อผินะ4อย่างคือผงแม่เนื้อหอมที่หลวงพ่อผินะใช้สร้างดาวแม่เนื้อหอมอันโด่งดัง, สีผึ้งของหลวงพ่อผินะที่พระอาจารย์โอได้มาจากมหาบิณซึ่งเชื่อกันว่ามีชะมดเช็ดเป็นส่วนผสมหลัก และน้ำมันแม่เนื้อหอมของหลวงพ่อผินะ

ตามตำนานได้กล่าวไว้ว่าชะมดนั้นเป็นสัตว์ที่เกิดจากพระคุยหะกังของสุริยเทพ จึงเป็นสัตว์ที่มีความพิเศษในตัว มีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่เล้นลับ มีความสุขุมรอบคอบ ปราดเปรียวว่องไว และมีสัญชาตญาณรู้ถึงภัยที่จะมาถึงล่วงหน้า คุณสมบัติพิเศษอีกอย่างหนึ่งที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของชะมดคือชะมดจะปล่อยเมือกเหนียว ตามต้นไม้ที่มันเดินผ่านเรียกว่า "ชะมดเช็ด" ซึ่งในตำราการทำเครื่องยาเสน่ห์นั้น ได้ระบุไว้ว่าชะมดเช็ดเป็นมวลสารสำคัญที่จะช่วยนำให้เครื่องยาแทรกซึมเข้าถึงจิตถึงใจคนได้อย่างรวดเร็วอีกด้วย

Carved form the Takien wood (Hopea odorata) that always has oil exude out. This Takien wood was used to be the main pillar of the warehouse about 100 years. The owner of the warehouse told Phra Arjarn O that this Takien wood always has oil exude out and very powerful because since he bought the warehouse from the previous owner few years ago, many workers and also security guards often see a women in Thai dress walk around the warehouse area. The owner of the warehouse believed that the woman spirit is Mae Takien which remain inside the Takien pillar.

When the owner of the warehouse renovate the warehouse so, he decided to change the main pillar to be a new one and then take the old one that made from Takien wood offer to Phra Arjarn O. Phra Arjarn O take the Takien wood to the well-known sculptor who carve Paladkik Civet's head for LP.Pina at Kamphaeng Phet province to carve it into Paladkik Civet's head so, Mae Takien will have opportunity to help people when they pray with this Paladkik Civet's head.

After carving finished, Paladkik Civet's head will be decorated with magical colorful crystal around the body. Moreover, Phra Arjarn O wrote the magic words on the body of Paladkik Civet's head and bless follow the magic subjects of LP.Pina which Phra Arjarn O studied with LP.Pina when he was a buddhist novice until this Paladkik Civet's head be alive. There are the power of father&mother Takrud embedded at the bottom with the special wax which made from LP.Pina's materials consisted of Mae Nuahorm powder, Mae Nuahorm oil of LP.Pina that LP.Pina used to make the star, and the wax of LP.Pina.
