Offering superb value for money for a tape of this quality, the ST20/14ME is a 20m / 66ft steel tape coated with Fisco's very own 'Whitecoat' polyester lacquer. Not only does this coating deliver outstanding protection against abrasion and the majority of common chemicals, it also helps to reduce the effects of glare.
Certified to Class II levels of accuracy, the 10mm-wide blade features both metric and imperial markings printed in contrasting black and red ink. The two scales are printed on opposing faces to avoid confusion when measuring whilst the blade is tipped by a highly durable, multi-function end piece featuring both a folding end claw and a loop. This helps set the Satellite apart from much of the competition as it allows the user to anchor the tape into/over an object as well as pace out long distances comfortably.
The blade and internal workings of this tape are protected by an outer shell made from impact-resistant ABS plastic that's ultrasonically welded for strength. The sturdy winding handle features a rotating knob for easy, comfortable re-winding and can be pushed neatly back into the case for safe transportation.
